Return & Refund Policy – Dom Pana

Return Window
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging, with all tags attached

We may refuse a return if an item has been worn, washed, damaged or altered.

How to Start a Return
Email info@dompana.com before sending anything back, and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if it is damaged, defective or incorrect)

We will confirm your return and send you the instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Please send your return with InPost (Paczkomat or courier) or another tracked shipping service, and keep your proof of shipment. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind or wrong size ordered: you pay the return shipping.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover all costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you may not need to send the item back.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, email info@dompana.com with your order number and the item you would like. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the new item free of charge with InPost, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will refund you instead.

Refunds
We will inspect your return within 7 business days of receiving it and email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear. Original shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by emailing info@dompana.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
